Les douze équipes de la division A se disputent le titre de champion de la Ligue des nations, qui sera décerné le 9 juin 2019.
En fonction des autres résultats, les premiers de chaque groupe seront promus dans la division supérieure, et les derniers relégués à l’échélon inférieur. Ayant démarré le 06 Septembre , nous avons eu droit à de grandes affiches notamment le match nul (0-0) entre l’Allemagne et la France, les victoires probantes de la Roja sur l’Angleterre (2-1) et sur la Croatie (6-0) et la victoire du Portugal sur l’Italie (1-0).
