Prévu le 15 novembre prochain, la 4e édition du marathon International d’Abidjan sera sûrement très enlevée. Pour cause, son vainqueur repartira avec une enveloppe de 10 millions de FCFA.
Il faudra que celui-ci réalise un chrono de 2h10min sur le circuit de 42 km pour l’empocher. A défaut de réaliser cette performance, il repartira avec 2 millions de FCFA. L’information a été donnée par le comité d’organisation de la compétition (COMIDA) avec à sa tête son président, M. Victor Yapobi hier jeudi 18 Octobre 2018 au cours du lancement de cette 4e édition. Ce dernier a également précisé que ce sont 20.000 marathoniens qui sont attendus à Abidjan cette année.
Voulant faire de cet événement l’un des plus grands Marathons du monde, en plus de moyens financiers dégagés, le COMIDA misera également sur la sécurité des athlètes avec la mobilisation de 500 corps habillés.
Pour les frais de participation, ils s’élèvent respectivement à 10 000 FCFA pour le circuit de 42 km, 5000 FCFA pour le 21 km et 2000 FCFA pour le circuit de 10km. Quant au circuit de 3 km, la participation est gratuite.
