La cérémonie de la CAF AWARDS 2018 s’est tenue hier 08 janvier 2019 à Dakar. Dans la capitale Sénégalaise, la vedette de la soirée était sans doute l’Egyptien Mohamed Salah qui a remporté son 2e ballon d’or.
En dehors du titre du joueur africain de l’année, la CAF a aussi décerné d’autres prix, dont celui de la meilleure équipe masculine revenue à la surprenante Mauritanie, qui sera présente pour la première à une phase finale de la CAN en juin prochain en Egypte. Le prix Tessema, récompensant le meilleur président de fédération est revenu au président de la fédération royale Marocaine de Football, Faouzi Lekjaâ.
